DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

  • We offer free Post and Packaging to a UK address.

  • We will endeavour to dispatch the items within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail Signed For 1st class.

  • We will deliver the goods to the UK address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the UK delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

  • If your order is returned to us because the postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

  • We cannot refund items that are tracked as being delivered. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order, they require 15 working days to investigate the missing item. After this period, if the item has indeed been lost, we will be only too happy to refund your order. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.

RETURNS

  • We hope you love your BoldGold jewellery but if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Any item returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition and packaging that was sent to you. Please pack jewellery in a well-padded container to avoid any damage in transit.

  • If an item is returned the cost of the return postage is the customers responsibility. Proof of postage is recommended as the goods are your responsibility until they reach BoldGold. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please retain your delivery note until you have received your refund.

  • Once returned items have been received by BoldGold a prompt refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The method of payment used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.
